Wajax Industries is looking for an experienced, career-minded Product Support Sales Representative (PSR) – Materials Handling. As a member of the Product Support Sales Team the successful candidate will be directly involved with growing program (Parts and Labour) revenues through professional sales techniques. This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the Company. Integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills are essential for this role.

The Product Support Representative is responsible for selling products or services directly related to the Materials Handling (Lift Truck) Product Support division. You will prospect new business and promote all facets of our business being well versed with all products and services offered by Wajax Industries. Communication with all colleagues and customers will be the key to maximize penetration into your specific territory and the marketplace. You will posses strong problem identification and objective resolution skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must for success in this position.

1. A University degree or College diploma in Business or 
2. Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Parts Technician Certificate or 
3. An acceptable combination of education and experience
4. Five (5)+ years of directly related work experience along
5. Outstanding organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
6. Highly self-motivating individual
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
8. Familiarity with the Forklift Industry (Materials Handling) is a definite asset
