Outside Sales - Parts and Service Division

Wajax Industries is looking for an experienced, career-minded Sales Manager to provide growth oriented direction to our growing Product Support (Parts and Service) sales force.

As a leader of the Product Support Sales Team the successful candidate will be directly involved with growing program (Parts and Labour) revenues through professional sales techniques and guidance.

This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with national customers and continually maintain a professional image of the Company. Integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills are essential for this role.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager and the National Product Support Sales Manager, this Regional Product Support Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our Ontario Region’s Product Support Representatives sales results.

While traveling to all Ontario Division Branches you will promote all facets of our business and be versed with all products, services and sales programs offered by Wajax Industries. Communication with all colleagues will be the key to maximize penetration and branch parts and service sales success. You will posses strong problem identification and objective resolution skills with the ability to support and motivate Product Support Representatives in their respective sales territories. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must for success in this position.

- Previous Sales Manager experience.

- Familiarity with the Forklift and or Construction Industry is an asset.
